yeah, so one-two warnings then they are fired.
i think my company (should i even start one IF i come back) should
be simple enough 
u can work 4 hours a day, fixed pay, no OT. just get the job
done.
when u have to work late, just work late... all the other days of
short hours should be able to compensate that 1-2 days of long
hours.
